This is from Paula Deen and its a nice, flavorful rice side dish. It went well with the Christmas Party Chicken tonight.Magic Rice
1, 10.5 oz can beef consomme soup
1, 10.5 oz can French onion soup
1, 6.5 oz can mushrooms with juices
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup rice
1/2 teaspoon pepper
In a 9x13 baking dish mix together consomme soup, French onion soup, mushrooms with juices, and 2 T melted butter. Stir in rice and pepper. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
